Melbourne Squad Training Requirements

Junior Squad:
5 x 60 minute sessions on offer. The number of sessions you choose to undergo is optional, however twice a week is the minimum required for promotion to the higher level.
No training over school holidays or long weekends/public holidays.
Swimmers train for 40 weeks per year
Monthly Payment via Direct Debit.
Development Squad:
5 x 90 minute sessions are on offer. Swimmers are required to swim a minimum of three times a week or more for greater improvement. There is no training over the school holidays or long weekends/public holidays. Swimmers train for 40 weeks per year
Monthly payment via direct debit.
State Development Squad:
6 x 90 minute sessions are on offer. Swimmers are required to swim a minimum of five times a week or more for greater improvement. School holiday training is included. Swimmers train for 48 weeks per year
Monthly payment via direct debit.
Performance Squad:
Minimum 6, x 90 min sessions per week with a commitment to increase this as they age up. Swimmers MUST train at least ONE early morning.
Holiday Training included. Check timetable or ask coach re long weekends and public holidays. Swimmers train for 48 weeks per year

Premium Squad:
Minimum 6, maximum 11 x 90-120 mins per week
Dry land training as discussed with coach.

Adults:
Novice, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
Novices pay by the term.
Intermediate and Advanced Squads monthly payment via Direct Debit based on the number of sessions per week they wish to attend.
